💳 Reservation and Payment
To reserve your baby, it is necessary to pay a pre-payment of half the total price of the baby.
The maximum delivery time is up to 3 months from the reservation date.

Once the baby is finished, we will send you detailed photos for your approval.
Only after receiving the full payment, the shipment will proceed approximately in 2-5 business days.
⚠️ Important: The deposit is non-refundable. Claims or modifications will not be accepted if the total payment has not been completed.
🪙 Payment in Installments
We understand the value of a handmade silicone sculpture. Therefore, we offer personalized payment plans, adapted to your possibilities.
The baby will be sent only once the total agreed payment has been completed.
You can personalize it from our website with all the extras to leave it to your liking, and after receiving the re-payment (half the value of the baby) we will proceed to its creation.

Important: Although shipping is free, we are not responsible for damages, losses, or withholdings caused by customs or postal services of each country. We recommend consulting local customs policies before buying.
- Prices
Prices: All our prices are expressed in euros or US dollars. If the buyer resides in another country or region, such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or outside the EU, the taxes and tariffs that may be generated will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Modification of prices: Reborns Monse reserves the right to modify, update, or change the prices, contents, and conditions of the website at any time, without prior notice. However, at the time of placing the order, the price shown at that time will be respected and will not be altered once the payment is confirmed. - Personalized Orders
Reservation for personalized orders: When a personalized order is placed, the customer must pay a reservation of half of the total price of the item as an advance. This payment is non-refundable under any circumstances, even if the order is not placed, as it covers the costs of material and initial work.
Approval process: Once the reborn baby is finished, photos of the finished baby will be sent for customer approval. If the customer agrees, the payment of the remaining balance of the order will proceed. If the customer wishes to make any modifications, they may be made reasonably, within what is possible.
Deadline for the remaining balance: The remaining balance must be paid within a period of 48 hours from receipt of the photos. If for some reason the customer cannot pay the balance within this period, they may request a payment extension of up to 3 months to be agreed with Reborns. Monse.
Conditions of the payment extension: In case of not paying the balance within 3 months or not reaching an agreement, the reborn baby will be put back on sale and the customer will lose the right to a refund of the reservation paid. - Creation and Delivery Process
Handmade and variability: All our reborn babies are handmade and, because each one is made individually, may present small differences with respect to the sample photos. This includes possible variations in skin tone, facial expression, size, or details. These differences will not be grounds for complaint or return.
Photos before shipping: Before proceeding with the shipment, the customer will receive photos of the finished baby. The customer may request minor changes in appearance, but in no case will significant modifications be made that alter the original work. The changes will be subject to technical feasibility and the amount of additional work involved.
No returns: Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns nor offer guarantees of any kind. However, a detailed care manual will always be delivered, which includes instructions to ensure that the reborn baby remains in perfect condition over time. - Billing and Payment
Certificate of authenticity: All reborn babies sold in our store include a certificate of authenticity, signed and sealed by Reborns Monse. This document guarantees that the baby is a unique piece and made by the author.
Shipping content: Upon receiving the baby, the customer will find a box designed specifically for shipping, along with a muslin, suitable clothing, and other accessories that may vary depending on the model. The care manual and the certificate of authenticity will also be included.
Payment methods: We accept several payment methods to facilitate the purchase. These include:
Bank transfer: Through direct transfer from the customer’s bank.
Credit/debit card: You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, among others.
PayPal: You can pay with Paypal.
Payment in installments: Payment in installments can be requested for personalized orders (see conditions). - Communications
Email update: The Client agrees to keep the email address provided active and updated to ensure smooth communication with Reborns Monse.
Email change: If the Client wishes to change their email, they must notify it by e-mail following the security requirements established to verify the request.
Client Responsibility: The Client is responsible for the consequences of not keeping their e-mail address updated or not communicating to update it.
Registration data: If authentication data such as username and password are assigned, the Client will be responsible for their use, protection and confidentiality, as well as for the actions carried out with this data. - Legal information
Minors under 14 years: Clients under 14 years of age need the consent of their parents or guardians to make purchases. The Client confirms to be over 14 years of age or have the necessary consent.
Indemnification: The Client will indemnify Reborns Monse for the expenses derived from legal causes related to their purchase or with actions of third parties linked to the Client, including legal fees, even if the judicial decision is not final.
Applicable law: In case of conflicts, Spanish legislation will apply and will be resolved by arbitration if an agreement is not reached.
Jurisdiction: The parties submit to the courts of the User’s domicile or where the property is located, if it is real estate.
